    Ner Mitzvah assumes 'Gifts can’t wait - If you ordered it, you need it, and you need it now!' and that's why we will make sure that your order ships immediately. Most orders will ship the same day as the order was placed, while others may take not more than 3-5 business days, we also take responsibility that your order should arrive safe and secure without any damages, in the rare event this happens, we will take the item back and send you a new one absolutely free. We have made sure that our prices can usually beat all advertised merchants, by stocking most of our items in our own full functional warehouse, and by extensive research and years of experience, we have written agreements with vendors and merchants all across the board that ensure our reputation of better service along with better pricing lives on. We accept all major credit cards, as well as most online checkout methods such as PayPal, Amazon checkout, etc., we also have constantly running promotions and 'Free shipping' offers, please see their terms initially

  • Returns & Replacements

    We offer hassle free shopping, shipping and returns, while basic policies have been established, we will gladly accept returns and and ensure you completely understand the process beforehand. All returns require a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) number that must be obtained from our Customer Support department for any and all returns. 
    To obtain your RMA number simply call us toll free during our hours of operation or email Customer Service at [email protected] .

    If you've found damage or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact our Customer Service Department  with the order number and we'll arrange for reorder or credit - Claims of damage must be made within 7 days of customer receipt. 

    if you’re not happy with your item(s) and would like to initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will guide you through the return process, please note that a restocking fee will be charged.

    Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.

    Do not send any returns to our corporate headquarters listed on our contact us page - it will not be accepted. You will be provided with the return address along with your RMA number.  Shipping charges will be deducted for shipping fees related to unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to the appropriate return facility.

  • ORDERS

    Ordering at Ner Mitzvah is guaranteed to be pleasant and convenient. As soon as your order is placed you will receive an Order confirmation Email at the e-mail address you provided us during checkout, and your order number will be included. Please have your order number handy when contacting us with any inquiry. 

    As soon as we receive your order our system instantly checks to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]

    You can view the progress of your orders in the 'Track your order' column of our website, and should there be any problem feel free to contact our extended shipping department at [email protected] and we will make sure your order goes smoothly.
